What We Believe

• We believe that all Scripture (the Christian Bible) is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; that we may be adequate, equipped for every good work.
• We believe that God is, and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.
• We believe that God our Father has loved us and given us eternal comfort and good hope by grace; God is Father to all those who love Jesus.
• We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, Creator, Perfect Man, Crucified Savior, Risen Lord, and Righteous Judge.
• We believe that the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God who comforts believers and guides them into all truth; He is the Spirit of Truth.
• We believe that God made man, male and female, in His image, but all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
• We believe that Christ died for sins, once for all, the just for the unjust, in order that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit.
• We believe that all who believe the gospel of Jesus Christ and profess Him as Lord shall be saved; believers must take up their cross daily and follow Him.
• We believe that Christ is building His church and the powers of darkness will not prevail against it.
• We believe that the church is commanded to go into the world and make and teach disciples; to baptize them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; and to eat the bread of His body and drink the cup of the new covenant in His blood to remember the Lord and proclaim His death until He returns.
• We believe that, when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, God will deal out retribution of eternal separation from Him to those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus, and He will give eternal life to believers, and thus we shall always be with the Lord.
