Our Ministers of Counseling are

Dr. Michael Palmer
Dr. Palmer is one of the co-founding counselors of our Counseling Ministry at Cleveland First Baptist Church. As an ordained minister, Dr. Palmer has served churches in central and north Georgia as Senior Pastor and Minister of Education. He also served as Hospital Chaplain in central Georgia. Prior to his call to the ministry, Dr. Palmer was CEO of two publicly traded (NASDAQ) corporations and Senior Vice President of a NYSE corporation. He taught Economics at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Palmer was a fighter pilot and test pilot in the U.S. Air Force. Dr. Palmer's favorite scripture is I Corinthians 13. Dr. Palmer is married to Kay and has three children and six grandchildren.
